Alisha Oellermann
President
Alisha moved to Helena in 2017, after a couple year adventure on the East Coast to get a taste of city life. She is originally a Montaradon (Montana and Colorado) and just had to get back to her mountains! She has been a fish all her life and enjoys outdoor adventures such as hiking, swimming, kayaking, and SUPs. She discovered Dragon Boating in 2019, fell deeply in love with the sport, and hasn’t looked back since. Not only did she fall in love with this amazing sport, she also fell in love with Helena and the people that live and recreate here. She is honored and excited to be the new Dragon Boat Club President.
Chandler Rowling
Vice President
Chandler is originally from the Chicago metropolitan area. She moved to Helena, in 2019, to serve as an Americorps VISTA after graduating from Purdue University NW. She is always wanting to try new things and go on adventures. In 2021, she was introduced to dragon boating by the current board president, and officially joined the team in 2022. She is looking forward to attending more dragon boat festivals and spreading the word about this amazing sport.
Rachel Ward
Treasurer
She makes some of the best sourdough bread in the Helena Area.
Rosie Goldich
Secretary
Rosie is originally from Connecticut and moved out to Montana in 2015. She loves being outdoors - whether it’s hiking, running, or of course - paddling with her dragon boat teammates! Rosie is passionate about making this sport fun for everyone and is thrilled to join the board as Secretary.
